Seven Up: Staff NCAAF Picks – Week 2
Well folks, we’re a week into the College Football season, and so far it’s gone according to plan. The SEC is dominating “neutral site” games in their back yard, our Spartans squeaked out a win against the Pop Warner All-Stars, and the Longhorns still don’t belong in the Top 25, much to the voters’ chagrin.
I’m sure you’re wondering why you didn’t see our Pick ‘Em on the top of every CFB message board prior to last weeks games. Well, the answer is simple. In typical I’m-not-actually-a-writer fashion, I decided to go camping in the wilderness prior to fulfilling my duty to our humble readers, and publishing blog posts from the wilderness is harder than expected. Anyway, here are the current standings, and this weeks top games and picks:

We thought the weekly picks lacked a little spice last season, so we’ve added an FCS game to serve as the tiebreaker as the year goes along. Thanks to a standout performance by the Montana Grizz last week, the FCS has yours truly sitting atop the standings through week 1. Perhaps KP’s new time zone has him losing his touch a bit after setting the bar last season…
Happy garbage time,
Scott
